Why Go: After a long few days of trekking up and down Ankara\'s hilly landscape, you may want to escape for a day trip out to Kizilcahamam, a natural hot springs spa resort tucked away in the mountains. The spa is in a national forest, so hikers can continue their treks during the day and then relax in the hot springs afterward. A refreshing breather from the city, but still brimming with Turkish hospitality. Buses are available from Ankara\'s ASTI station several times a day.
