Why Go: The Ohio River Runs along the northern borders of the city of Louisville. The river is an intricate part of the commerce and trade to the city of Louisville. Barge traffic travels up and down the river all hours of the day. This is the major boat hub to much of the river traffic. Great fun to bring the family and watch the maritime life.
