Why Go: I can't believe I haven't tried this stand sooner. The crepes made here are worth the wait (40 minutes to be exact). My crepe consisted of roasted cauliflower, mixed greens, egg, hot sauce, and cheese. I have craved this crepe every weekend since! It's THAT GOOD.
