Why Go: One of the quirkiest museums you\'ll find anywhere is located directly opposite the citadel in Ulus. The building itself- an old caravanserai from 1522- is reason enough to check out this museum, but the eclectic collections are worth spending a few hours perusing. The Koc family\'s personal collection sprawls through the rooms, offering old cars, toys, walking sticks, typewriters, maritime equipment, and snippets of village life in Anatolia. The museum also has a shop and a restaurant in the courtyard with excellent manti (Turkish ravioli with yogurt sauce).
